Vendor Application
Thank you for deciding to become an approved CEU resource for ADCA members. Our commitment and quality control to our members makes becoming an approved vendor a very prestigious honor. Please read the requirements and guidelines prior to submitting your application.
Requirements for CEU approval
- CEU approval is requested by submitting the ADCA form “Application for CEU Status”
- Application must be received no less than 30 days prior to the start date of the course
- Course syllabus, outline or copy of course material along with instructional hours and payment must accompany this application
Guidelines for CEU approval
- Only program content applicable to the dental coding profession with current year information is eligible for CEU status.
- CEU course hours will be determined by the ADCA and are awarded for the instruction of the course only, course preparation time is not included.
- CEU instructional hours are awarded for each course and are based on 60 minute periods of time, 1 CEU will be awarded per 60 minute period.
- Individual Registration application is valid for a single course taught on a specific date. You must supply the ADCA with the date and time of the course
- Multiple Registration application is valid for a 12 month period, beginning with the date of the approval, allowing the approved course to be taught repeatedly throughout the year, with the understanding the most current and updated material will be utilized.
- You will be allowed to use the ADCA approved CEU logo for advertising purposes, however you MUST attachthe following disclaimer for all approved programs.
- This CEU course has approval from the American Dental Coders Association (ADCA) for ___ continuing education units. The granting of continuing education units in no way constitutes endorsement or affiliation of this course or vendor.
