He then used an antibacterial gel in each sulcus. while the patient was in the office he reviewed the patient's progress on smoking cessation and went over the results of a biopsy done on a previous visit. how do i code that?

posted April 12, 2016 7:40 am in reply to I only have 3 more attempts before I am locked out. I have requested a new password and keep using what is sent and it's not working. My class starts today and I can't log in. I don't know if it's because I already had a membership with the ADCA and have a login. Do I use the same login as my members if so then how am I suppose to get to my class from there?
