-D6180: Implant maintenance (cleaning of prosthesis and abutments)

The provider needs to diagnose and treatment plan codes, but these are common codes used for all in 4 prostheses. This does not include extraction or alveoplasty, bone graft codes if those apply. These codes are just for the prosthesis and implant part.
