How to claim delta dental x ray? I just claimed New exam 0150 and FMX, they denied for FMX service.

Segment your X-rays based on those taken in the series. It is important o understand the CARC or RARC on the RA. Unfortunately, some benefit plans consider an FMX the came and a Pano, although they are for different purposes.

    you need to know why this was denied- this could be because an D0330 was billed/paid within the last 5 yrs from this one

      Full Mouth X Rays, are limited to one set every sixty (60) consecutive months. You will need to check if this patient had taken somewhere else within this period.

        Rebill as a recall set (4BWS + 3Pas) and see if they'll pay for that.
